SECUREPRO LLC is seeking a Qualified Field Sales Manager for Security alarms, camera systems and home automation - including, but not limited to, cameras, door/window contacts, security panels, doorbell cameras, audio speakers, motion sensors, glass break sensors, etc


Experience with 2GIG and/or Qolsys using Alarm.com is a plus.

Specific duties for the Field Sales Manager role include, but are not limited to:

  • Train new sales representatives to become proficient in the art of selling security alarms and CCTV in the residential and small commercial markets.

  • Selling burglar alarm systems, camera systems and automation devices both in commercial and residential markets

  • Educate clients on system capabilities to insure clear understanding of their new technology

  • Verify and submit all documentation for contract agreement using DocuSign, collect payment, assist with city permits and attend the beginning of each install.

  • Understand, adhere to and promote Environmental Health & Safety policies

  • Assist the end-user with understanding of technology including keypad functions, phone app capabilities and creating rules for synchronizing event scenes.

  • Hands-on field interaction with customers at the site level and some smaller customer care levels.

  • The position is full time and includes some evenings and weekends.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a self-driven and customer-focused Security Sales Representative who combines excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with a strong customer service and communication skill set to exceed customers’ expectations. You should be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously within a highly technical and fast-paced environment. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to maintain and portray a positive attitude committed to consistently performing high-quality work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Vocational/Technical/Business School, strongly preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite a plus

  • Ability to pass applicable state & federal background checks in order to become a licensed Representative when required.

  • Comfortable using an iPad.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

  • Physical demands include:

  • Finger & wrist dexterity & hand/eye coordination.

  • Heavy physical effort.

  • Climbing stairs, ladders, and inspecting some attics.

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

  • Exposure to noisy or dusty conditions; chemicals & solvents; mechanical, electrical, and/or other hazards.

  • Schedule flexibility
