Full Job Description

SECUREPRO LLC is seeking a Sales Representative for Custom Audio & Visual sales. This position will specialize in Home Theatre, Surround Sound, Security alarms, CCTV, Home Automation and Structured wiring for custom home builders.

Experience with sales, client relationships and AV products is a plus but not required.

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Specific duties for the AV Sales Representative role include, but are not limited to:

  • Cultivate new relationships with custom home builders

  • Identify areas in select higher end tract homes with opportunities to sell AV services

  • Promote our home theatre systems, surround sound, camera systems, structured wiring, residential networking solutions and automation devices both in commercial and residential markets

  • Educate clients on system capabilities to insure clear understanding of their new technology

  • Verify and submit all documentation for contract agreement using DocuSign, collect payment, assist with city permits and attend the beginning of each install.

  • Understand, adhere to and promote Environmental Health & Safety policies

  • Assist the end-user with understanding of technology including product functions and capabilities.

  • Hands-on field interaction with customers at the site level and overall customer care through sales, install and client learning process.

  • The AV Sales position is full time and includes some evenings and weekends.

 

Job Requirements

We are looking for a self-driven and customer-focused AV Sales Representative who combines excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with a strong customer service and communication skill set to exceed customers’ expectations. You should be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously within a highly technical and fast-paced environment. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to maintain and portray a positive attitude committed to consistently performing high-quality work.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Vocational/Technical/Business School, strongly preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite is a plus

  • Ability to pass applicable state & federal background checks in order to become a licensed Representative when required.

  • Comfortable using an iPad.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

  • Physical demands include:

    • Finger & wrist dexterity & hand/eye coordination.

    • Heavy physical effort.

    • Climbing stairs, ladders, and inspecting some attics.

    • Ability to perform site inspections.

    • Exposure to noisy or dusty conditions; chemicals & solvents; mechanical, electrical, and/or other hazards.

    • Schedule flexibility
